Soft washing is a cleaning technique that uses a chemical and low-pressure water to safely remove biological elements (mold, algae, bacteria, dirt, pollen, moss) from roofs, siding, driveways, sidewalks, curbs, pool decks, and patios. This method is much safer for these surfaces than pressure washing, and it gives longer-lasting results.

The black streaks/spots you see on your roof, house, and concrete is a bacteria that’s growing and degrading your shingles, paint, and concrete. It is important to kill and remove this growth on a regular basis to maintain a healthy, clean, and beautiful home.
